- Depart early this morning, just after midnight.

- Arrive Denpasar, Bali, where you will be met and transferred to
your hotel on the beach. Balance of day at leisure.
- Day 4 Bali (AB, L)
- Enjoy a full day tour to Besakih Temple complex. Besakih is
located on the slopes of Mt. Agung and is the most sacred site on the
island. Most important families and villages have a temple or shrine
here, and if you are lucky you will see a procession of villagers
going to the temple with traditional offerings. Lunch will be at a
restaurant which overlooks some of the most beautiful rice terraces in
Bali.

- Day 6 Bali (AB)
- Free at leisure.
- Day 6 Bali (AB, L)
- Drive up into the mountains to the small town of Ubud, cultural
heart of Bali. A stop will be made at a village en route for an
exciting performance of the Barong & Rangda Dance, which depicts the
battle between good (the Barong) and evil (the witch Rangda). Continue
to the Neka Museum, renowned for its collection of Balinese
paintings. You'll also visit several local villages known
for handicrafts such as woodcarving, painting, weaving, and silver
smithing. Lunch at a local restaurant, after which you will check into
your hotel in Ubud.

- Free at leisure.
- Day 8 Bali/West Coast (AB)
- At leisure until your guide transfers you to the airport for your
flight back to the USA.
